ELIGIBILITY AND TIMEFRAME
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Full refunds are available for all orders, including those made during sales or promotional events.
REFUND CONDITIONS
- Refunds are eligible for purchases made on our website or through Amazon.
- For Amazon orders, a receipt must be provided and verified by our team before a refund is issued.
- All products are refundable. However, digital or customized products are not applicable.
REFUND PROCESS
- To initiate a refund, please email us at hello@guttynutrition.com.
- Include proof of purchase (order number for website purchases or receipt for Amazon purchases).
- Products must be returned to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds for website orders will be processed via the original payment method.
- Refunds for Amazon orders will be issued through PayPal or Venmo.
- Wire transfers, ACH, cash, or check are not valid refund payment methods.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A restocking or shipping fee will not be deducted from the refund amount.
- The return address will be provided from Gutty and emailed to the customer.
REFUND TIMELINE
- Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days once approved, depending on bank processing times.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method for website purchases and via PayPal or Venmo for Amazon orders.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at hello@guttynutrition.com with:
- A picture of the damaged product
- Your order number (for website purchases) or receipt (for Amazon purchases)
- We will offer a replacement or refund for such cases.
EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
- Exchanges for like items are available upon request.
- Store credit is not offered as an alternative to refunds.
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled before the order is processed without any fees.
- Once processed, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.
REFUND POLICY EXCEPTIONS
- Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 14 days from the purchase date.
- Refunds may not be granted in cases of misuse or if the product is not returned as required.
