You purchase our products (“Products”);

We may collect or receive information about you when you access our Sites, purchase our Products, and engage in Communications with us, such as by registering an account, making a purchase, submitting a product review, participating in a promotion, engaging with our customer support team or otherwise interacting with Gutty Nutrition. The information we collect depends on the products or services you use as well as your device and account settings. Not all categories of personal information will be collected or received about each user. The information we collect may include:

Within Our Corporate Organization. We may disclose your personal information within the Gutty Nutrition corporate organization.
 
To Certain Third Parties. We may disclose or make available your information to certain Third Parties, such as service providers, business partners, payment processing partners, partners that facilitate billing, shipping, and customer service, third-party auditors and law firms, marketing and advertising networks, internet service providers, data analytics providers, companies that help debug and identify and repair errors that may impair the functionality of our Sites, and companies that help protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
 
In A Business Transfer. We may disclose or make available your information as part of a business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, joint venture, corporate reorganization, financing, or sale of company assets. In the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, we may transfer your information to third parties as a business asset in the transaction.

4. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Third Party Analytics Partners. We work with Third Parties to engage in analytics, auditing, research, and reporting on the Sites. These Third Parties may use tracking technologies to collect information regarding your usage of the Sites as described in the above section titled Personal Information We Collect.  Interest-Based Advertising. We work with Third Parties who provide advertising services that are targeted based on a user’s online activities across websites and devices over time (“Interest-Based Advertising”). These Third Parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about your activities on the Sites on your current device and combine it with information about your activities on other websites and devices. These Third Parties may collect such information using server logs, cookies, web beacons, tags, pixels, cross-device linking, and similar technologies. For example, our Third Party advertising partners may use the fact that you visited our Sites to target advertising to you on other websites on your current device or on other devices you use. We currently use the services of the following Third Party advertising partners:

• TikTok

5. SECURITY MEASURES
 
Although no system or website can guarantee the complete security of your personal information, we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and industry standards.

6. RETENTION PERIOD
 
We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to carry out the purpose for which it was collected, our business needs, and our legal and regulatory obligations. If we dispose of your information, we will do so in a way that is secure and appropriate to nature of the information subject to disposal.

7. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES AND WIDGETS
 
Our Sites may include links to websites that are owned or operated by Third Parties. Our Sites may also display third party social media network widgets such as buttons or similar mechanisms from Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. These third party websites and widgets are provided for your information and convenience, operate independently from Gutty Nutrition, and are subject to their own privacy policies. This Privacy Notice does not cover the practices of those third party websites or social media networks. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third party websites and social media networks to understand how they collect and use information.

8. YOUR CHOICES
 
Opt-Out of Promotional Email Messages. To opt out of promotional emails from Gutty Nutrition via email, please update your email preferences in your account settings on guttynutrition.com or through the “unsubscribe” link on the footer of our emails. Opt-Out of Text Messages. To opt out of text messages from Gutty Nutrition, reply STOP to text messages sent from 855-416-8822 (GUTTY). Message and data rates may apply.
 
Removing Content From Our Sites. You can request that we remove content or information you have posted on our Sites by email us at hello@guttynutrition.com or texting us at 855-416-8822. Please note that even if we remove your content, historical copies of the content may remain on our systems.
 
Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising. Sharing of personal information for targeted advertising based on your interaction on different websites may be considered “sales,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. If you would like to exercise this opt-out right, please click the “Your Ads Privacy Choices” link at the bottom of our Sites. You may also exercise your right to opt-out of online tracking technologies by using the Global Privacy Control (GPC) on the browsers and extensions that support such a signal. US State-Specific Rights:  If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to submit requests to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information, limit the processing of your sensitive personal information, and appeal from decisions regarding the same. California Shine the Light Law: Gutty Nutrition customers who are California residents have the right to request information from us once per calendar year regarding the customer information we share with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. 9. CHILDREN

Our Sites are directed to adults. and we do not knowingly collect the personal information from children under the age of 18.
