🍬 Fruity Pebble Protein Blondies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour (moist, nutty, and gluten-free)
- ½ cup Gutty Vanilla Protein (for that 20g protein boost)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup coconut sugar (unrefined sweetness, please and thank you)
- ¼ cup nut butter (any kind—go with your gut)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ cup crushed Fruity Pebbles cereal (don’t overthink it—just enjoy)
How to Make Them:
STEP 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
STEP 2: In one bowl, mix almond flour, Gutty Vanilla Protein, and baking soda.
STEP 3: In another bowl, stir together nut butter, coconut sugar, egg, and almond milk.
STEP 4: Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth, then gently fold in half of the Fruity Pebbles.
